The management team, and maintenance team are top-notch. The building & grounds are very well-kept; they really care about the properties and tenants. A human responds to every request, and everything is promptly and carefully resolved. I want to call out Mary Ellen, Al, Geraldin, Patti, Paul, Dale, Tera, and Bob! :-) - they are absolutely wonderful. I've lived in many places on both U.S. coasts, and as a first-time Florida resident, you've made my time here a welcome one!

The apartments themselves are perfectly located for the cost, up to date features, and the best neighbors! Never intended to live here long, but you can't pass up this St. Petersburg lifestyle. I have been living at The Pearl for 3 years and love how as time goes by its becoming a better and better place to live at. We are a great group of professional people living their independent lives but if ever needed we are there for each other. As a single woman living alone, I appreciate how safe and taken care of I feel!

Overall I really enjoyed living at the Pearl. I was a resident for almost 3 years. Very important to me, it is a quiet place and all of the neighbors are generally respectful and quiet. Even when I had to sleep during the day during night shifts, I was able to do so in peace which is incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed the layout of the apartment and art deco style. It has a great amount of storage and closet space. Most importantly, management was always available to handle any concerns specifically Justin and that makes all the difference when you are a tenant. Pest control is regularly scheduled and I never had a problem with insects.
