My roommate and I have been renting here since October 2018 and are very satisfied. The neighborhood is great plus its right across the street from Publix. Management gets things done in a timely manner and is very nice to deal with. The complex is quiet which makes studying a breeze being that you don't have to worry about late-night parties. My roommate and I play music in our unit and don't feel like we have to be overly cautious (within reason) about the noise as we'v never gotten any complaints. Highly recommend.
