I called to inquire about renting here and I spoke with Jonathan. I was surprised just how knowledgeable he is about what is going on in this city. It was refreshing to talk with someone who made you feel welcomed. The apartments are a good size for the price. I had been to some others that had so many hidden fees. He was upfront about everything. I also liked that I don't have to pay for parking. I signed up for the alerts so I will be notified when an apartment is available. If the timing works out this will be my place. I love the courtyard. It would be great if they had a gym that's the only thing I'm a little bummed about.

I am very happy with my decision to move into Fountain Court. The renovated apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean. I absolutely love my patio, and I am excited to use the pool! The neighborhood has been quiet and friendly, so far. And, Jonathan (the office manager), has been great with everything. I really appreciate how friendly and helpful he is.

I’m so grateful I’ve found this community. Jonathan is so amazing, he really cares about us here & does everything to make renting easier for. I put in a maintenance request at 9am and they were here at 11am. They’ve always been like that, just renewed my lease! The location is my favorite part, it’s so quite but close enough to downtown. Neighbors are awesome.

Moved in a little over a month ago and I can’t even describe a smoother transition. Jonathan, the leasing manager, was the BIGGEST help during my application process. I came in pretty desperate to find a new place due to personal relationship issues. I went to ALOT of places with no luck. Fountain Court was more than willing to help and got me in within the next few weeks. The apartment even had new carpets and new paint prior to me moving in. Since I moved it, everything has been peaceful. The complex community is quiet and kind. The apartment is central to pretty much everything! I love it here and couldn’t have asked for anything better. HIGHLY recommend it here!!!
