I am a first time solo apartment renter and looking for somewhere to live was a little frustrating. I was interested in the location and spoke on the phone with Frasier about my concerns and what not. He was very accommodating and told me to come the next day and someone would help walk me through things. Carletta was who ended up helping me and she was very pleasant. She explained everything very well and walked me through everything expense and living wise (Even wrote down everything on paper so I could take it with me). She was also very personable which made it a nice experience and way less stressful for my first time. Ive had a lot of questions and she always responds very timely and answers everything. She also put in extra effort during certain points to get stuff done because I was aiming for a fast move in which is much appreciated. After already being happy to move into my unit Carletta reached out and told me she didn't like the looks of the burners on my stove and was gonna have them replaced which was a pleasant surprise. Super friendly staff. Very pleased and excited to be living here :)

Ivey been living in Saint Petersburg for about 3 years and moved each year and Flagler Pointe is the first community I truly enjoy. The community itself is great, I have great neighbors, and the staff is amazing. Drew made my move in experience so smooth and his customer service was amazing. Maintenance tech are great, I haven’t had many problems in the apartment but the few minor things they immediately got taken care of the same day. Even though parking can be a hassle it really just lets me know the community is full. Flagler Pointe is truly a great place to live

Working with Drew to get settled into my apartment was smoother than I could have ever anticipated. Thus far, the staff has been overly kind and quick to address any concerns I've run into. I've only been at Flagler a couple weeks, but they've left a great first impression that I hope continues!
