The New and Current Staff at Enclave is very helpful and prompt with making the stay here enjoyable. Their patients is noticed and recognized, and the current Office manager and front desk clerk do what they can to make sure everyone has what they need. The only concern keeping this complex from being a 5 star in its surrounding area is the parking situation. There is not enough parking for residents and not enough visitors spaces for the type of restrictions they set in place. I think a good way to help improve that would be to assign at least one parking space per apartment to be more fair to the ones who are paying rent to live comfortably.

I have lived in the complex for almost a year. On the day that I was supposed to move in, the apartment was not ready and I was told this type of thing happens all the time. I had to reschedule everything that I had in place which was a huge inconvenience but I got past that and let it go. After going into the office for about a month they finally started fixing things, but there are things that still have not been done from the initial move, but I let that go and just moved on. Now, almost a year later and things have gotten so much worse. The new property manager can never be bothered to answer the phone or be in the office when needed. They fix absolutely nothing, and when my sink backed up her response was for me to fix it myself. There is no one else you can speak to because the person above her is always on "vacation," it is absolutely ridiculous. I have work orders that they will mark as completed without doing the work and one that has been sitting for almost 2 months. It's crazy to me. When I first moved in I suspected termites and was told that I was wrong and now guess what the apartment is infested with TERMITES! Like, I do my part, I pay my bills and keep to myself. The side of the community that I live on is quiet and I really appreciate that but is it to much to ask for the people who take all of our money to do their job?? I am currently looking into where to go next with this complaint because I am 100% over it!! UPDATE: 6/8/22 I went into the office and was able to connect with Carmen, the Regional Manager, and she was very helpful. She connected me with Keith who was able to explain a lot to me. Now that I have a better understanding of things I know what to expect. It was very helpful to have someone there who, although busy, listened, explained, and who was not dismissive.

Been here 2 years and I advise don't come we have rats and rodents. Been here 2 years still no screens for windows went 6 months with only one plug working in the living room had to use a orange extension cord garbage disposal hasn't worked in about a year. They are terrible with work orders you have a better chance getting something done if you go to the office and after all that they still feel entitled enough to raise rent ......don't come save yourself.

I want to start my review off with just saying that Brittany in the leasing office is amazing, has been nothing but an absolute delight from the moment we started our move in process. The complex was recently taken over by a new management company and you can tell. They are making huge efforts all over the property. So far everything has been excellent. We’ve been here for alittle over two weeks now and our neighbors are friendly, the office has promptly fixed any of our issues. They offer many amenities, the playground is awesome and there are lots of families here. ****3 month edit**** So Brittany no longer works at the leasing office and since then we’ve had a multitude of issues. Our apartment floods regularly because of plumbing issues they have yet to resolve. It’s continuous and the once prompt turn around for any issue is no longer available. They seem overwhelmed, the property company owns the neighboring complex as well and the maintenance is shared. We still enjoy living here although the constant standing water in multiple areas of our apartment. Hopefully they will get things together again soon. This place could be really great with the right care and concern.
