Unless everyone died in the place, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for not calling or virtually canceling appointments when you decide to all of a sudden close the office. Extremely poor business practice and disgusting especially for the older patients who had to pay for and arrange rides to the SCHEDULED appointment!

Nurse was friendly and seemed experienced. Didn’t feel a thing during my blood test. Wait time was a little long but the lab was full so I understand that.

After having horrendous experiences at another Quest location, I thought I'd try this one. MUCH better, and similar to what I'd been used to from this lab. I showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, and checked in instantly by scanning the QR code from my email confirmation. My name appeared on the waiting roomTV screen, and said "8 minutes." Eight minutes later, I was called back. My phlebotomist was a bit chilly, but I was as polite & cooperative as possible, and she warmed up slightly. But HIGHLY competent: my paperwork was done in 2-3 minutes, and I didn't even feel the needle as she drew blood for 8 different tests. I was out the door about 12 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This experience is in sharp contrast to the hideous treatment most people are getting at Quest's 62nd Ave. N site, which should be shut down for gross incompetence! I have to get bloodwork every 3-4 months, and I'll "stick" to their 49th St. facility from now on.

Very rude employee I encountered. This is a medical facility forcing face mask compliance, but would not provide one that I could wear. Regardless of the fact that there are virtually no Covid cases in our area right now, I was asking politely if they had a disposable so I could be compliant with their signs. She did not have to be snotty like I am not worthy of respect.

If you do, call to verify that they received it. I made an appointment. Verified it multiple times. And when I got there, they didn't have me as a scheduled appointment

You can make an appointment through their website. www.questdiagnostics.com
I think you go on the patient portal and get them. But not sure. They wouldn't have them at the draw office.
Go on the website and cancel. Or you can call the office. You can get the number if you google it.
