I was a walk-in patient for lab work. From the moment I walked in I was met with friendly knowledgeable staff. The wait time was minimal. The gentleman that took my blood was also kind, friendly and inserted the needle the first try. I have always been very happy with all Baycare services at the Carillon location.

My lab visit was very quick and painless! The lab tech was so friendly and nice I will always try to get her each time I am there. She is so good at taking blood because I'm a "bruiser" and I can't tell even where the needle went in! Excellent!!

Even though the waiting room was very busy, the woman greeted everyone, including myself, with a smile and a pleasant demeanor. It was no time before I was in for my pre-op covid test and out. The nurse administering the test was gracious knowing the test was a wee bit uncomfortable. Overall, an excellent experience.

The Carillon Surgery Team that works with my Dr. Amy Strickland are absolutely wonderful! They are the nicest, most caring people I've ever seen. Please thank them for me! Jessica, Jennifer, Dr Ploger, Tiffany, Lori (my nurse anesthetist), and Megan. They took such good care of me, especially as I told them I get very nervous in medical places.
