Great location and seems safe but it’s difficult to figure out exactly how to pay. We had to pay a little more because we couldn’t figure it out until we pulled in, got our ticket and then asked someone.. also if you are looking for 24hr parking, a new day starts at 5am, not necessarily by the 24 hour period.

Very steep, tightly winding ramps. Public parking is usually $3 for all day on weekends, starting at 8am. Show up at 7:58am, and you'll pay $1/hour. Weekend public parking ($3) is on levels 7 & 8, while lower levels remain empty. If ticket machine is broken, you may wait 20 minute for someone to come fix it. Sometimes personnel charge the wrong amount. All in all, not the easiest garage to deal with.

What a great place to park! Parked on a sunday. There was tge crafts fair and the car race going on. We were there for about 3 hrs and when we checked out of the garage, it was $1. Cant beat that.

As a monthly paid parker - I can say this garage is easy in and easy out but the elevator has been out of commission for almost a year due to fire. I usually don't mind taking the stairs but this stairwell is DISGUSTING and using it is like descending into the bowels of a hell! The handrails are untouchable as they are coated with years of grime and God knows what else. Every landing has urine and/or vomit on it - This makes for a fabulous, gag inducing odor! SCP should really step up their game, grab a couple of bottles of bleach, a scrub brush, and some Clorox wipes for the handrails and make the stairwell less disgusting. Fixing the elevator would be a nice touch, or at least update the signs. Rather than elevator temporarily out of order - they could go with a more direct and honest approach..."No Elevator - Plug your nose and hoof it up or down the stairs" - If you are reading this be thankful it's not a scratch and sniff post! UPDATE - Two weeks since this review and the stairwell is still disgusting. Update - May 31 2018 - the stairwell is still disgusting - and a possible health hazard...used tampons, urine, vomit and feces...not to mention trash on the daily for folks to trip over. Perhaps the city will clean it up after someone falls and sues.

Yes. Daily rates are: "First hour free, then $1/hour thereafter — $8 maximum per day." Next "day" starts at 5am.
When I went to the Pier it had not opened yet. So I'm no heip.
