I put application in, and I called today asking about more information, and lady told me a different price for apartment is $758 period, so I said price on website says between a lower price to $758, she said well website is wrong, well FIX the price then, So I guess I'm glad I'm not moving there smh , Then it would be helpful if your website information mentioned that about the price difference, instead of an applicant like myself that seen the prices and took the time to fill out the application, but if it does say that, please excuse my review

In this day and age when negative information is easily shared and dispersed; I find it refreshing and worthy of my time, to share my positive experience and interactions with City Place Property Manager, Ms. Tara Smith. Ms. Smith demonstrated the utmost professional and positive demeanor to usher along my concerns. Not only were my issues handled promptly, but with such a positive attitude that it was a pleasurable experience. This is not an easy accomplishment when dealing with clients that may not be placated or satisfied. Ms. Tara exemplified genuine interest and concern with me, while exuding patience and a "human-touch" that is missing from many corporations these days. Thank You Ms. Tara Smith, for your care, concern, and the "excellence" with how you perform you job. I want the Owners, and the Cambridge Group to know that you represent them to the highest degree and because of You - this recognition is so well-deserved and needed. You are "Appreciated!" Sincerely, P. Williams (Resident) City Place Apartments St. Petersburg, FL 33701

Zero stars! Horrible unethical management! It’s so bad it should be reported to government agencies. This place has been going downhill for awhile now. They’ve increased the rent 3x in the last year alone! For the average one-bedroom this increase is over $100 per month! The reason, stating “the cost of doing business...and in order to maintain your apartment community in the best condition possible” meanwhile some residents have been without A/C for months! Some residents have developed health issues because mold has grown in their A/C cabinets and is being distributed through their living spaces. Management refuses to remediate and has been trying to cover up the epidemic. The A/C units are older than the building itself, purchased used when the building was built and management refuses to replace. Common areas and carpets are rarely cleaned. Laundry rooms are filthy, and the machines are always broken, often for months at a time. When they do replace a machine, they charge way more per load. The seniors living here are getting robbed as this company regularly increases their rent and pockets the money leaving them to live in substandard conditions. This is a government funded building, so this company is not only failing to provide a safe living environment for it's residents, but it’s committing fraud against all tax payers. This place is beyond unethical.
