SLUM LORDS...DONT EVER EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU DO TO THE APARTMENT. My daughter had a downstairs studio that was always full of mold. single pane widows always full of condensation. the bathroom upstairs had leaked into hers and the repair was shitty at best...the kitchen sink plumbing fell apart when I was cleaning the kitchen...the stove should have never been used in a rental (full of rust). I understand carpet wear and tear...I dont understand the charge for a 10x10 square being so much...We spent about 10 hours scrubbing, moving appliances, under sinks, grout, windows including the water and mold around single pane aluminum windows, walls etc. I asked about the stove pans and replacing them. was told not to worry about them. they charged me 10.00 each to replace them (SCAMMERS).I had the maintanance man (managers husband) come look before I did my 10 hour drive home to make sure I did not have to do anything else to insure a majority of our deposit back They are charging us for new carpet, cleaning the windows, cleaning under and behind appliances, the sink falling apart, the bad repair in the bathroom, mold ALL IN WHICH I PERSONALLY CLEANED...I TOOK PICTURES...we even cleaned the outside door sparkly clean... IN MY OPINION "THE PEOPLE RUNNING THIS PLACE ARE SCAMMING EVERYONE THAT MOVES IN HERE...THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE POOR AND PEOPLE THAT DONT FEEL THEY CAN FIGHT THEM WHEN THEY GET SCREWED OUT OF THERE DEPOSITS. IN MY OPINION THERE IS A LITTLE TOO MUCH INDULGINGING BY THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE AND THERE JUDGEMENT IS IMPAIRED...I DID A WALK THROUGH WITH SAID MAINTENANCE MAN AND WAS TOLD PLACE LOOKED GREAT...NOT TOO WORRY ABOUT SINK THAT HE NEW IT HAD PROBLEMS, HE SAID NOT TO WORRY ABOUT STOVE TRAYS...I COULD HAVE PICKED THEM UP FOR MUCH LESS THAN 10.00 EACH MYSELF..THE WHOLE TIME WE WENT THROUGH THE PLACE HE SAID IT LOOKED GREAT. HE ALSO TOLD ME THE PLANNED TO COMPLETELY REDO THIS PARTICULAR APARTMENT BECAUSE IT WAS TIME. .IN MY OPINION THEY HAVE THIS DEPOSIT KEEPING CRAP DOWN TO A SCIENCE...I TOOK PICTURES OF EVERYTHING...PICTURES SPEAK VOLUMES...IN MY OPINION I WOULD GIVE THEM MINUS 5 STARS... I myself have a rental and own two business, one in which gas the word cleansweep on the business name.( I know what im doing) I would not be able to stay in business with this type of integrity.they have shown us But.unfrtunatly these people take advantage of the unfortunate...
