This Credit Union would be great if they knew what they are doing. The incompetence is appalling.

Horrible horrrible trying to contact them 30 min on the phone three times not able to talk to any one. My check was deposit last Monday they will “liberate” The money is not available after now 7 days and 5 working g days from them. My fault this happen 4 years ago when I open my company same bs but somehow though they improved ….. nope still the same bad customer service

They never return your phone call and when you do talk to them about your insurance it's the same thing every month They tacked on their own insurance and are making us pay for it 3 grand for having no insurance 3 months We are willing to pay but not 3 grand We already talked to our lawyer and we're only supposed to pay what 3 months it's supposed to be this has been going on for almost a year We have been having our payments taken out automatically and they tacked on more than what our payments were supposed to be and now they put on late fees The worst place I've ever gotten alone from
