I go here for my PCP, and I've had no issues that aren't resolved with an easy phone call. Nurses are kind, front desk is on top of it, and they have accomodations for gender, language, and ability.

I'm so sick of this office. I've went there for years and I've been okay but over the last couple months they have been no help I've been very sick and I can't get any of the nurses to listen or help me figure out what I've had going on for weeks. An when you call to try an talk to someone it's takes almost 30 min's to even get a receptionist. I'm so over it I need help so going to have to find a new Dr an go to the hospital for now. I will not recommend them to no one.

The on staff therapist was very helpful the young lady at the front desk is who this review is about, she went above and beyond in assisting me get help when my other Dr office (Springfield Family) dropped my appointment without calling. I really wish I could remember her name she was at the far desk when I entered at 2pm on Monday the 19th of August. 10 Stars.

I have had some problems in the past with the front office staff. RiverStone has definitely improved the front office staff, as far as being polite, and helpful on the phone. Coming to the office has improved as well, everyone is professional: and I feel like I am being treated with the respect that patients deserve.
