I have been going to Roger’s for a few years now and have come to love their selection. Their prices are lower that every other nursery in town. They are friendly and always willing to help. The ladies there are great and have good suggestions/input on the goals I have for my beds. I have never lost a plant from Roger’s. I’m not going to bash the other nurseries but if you haven’t been to Roger’s it is a must see before you buy at some other nursery. As much as I would like to keep Roger’s that little secret nursery they deserve recognition for there greatness!!!

Terrible experience, will never go back. We were looking for a potted Christmas tree (found one elsewhere). Phoned first & recording states “we open everyday from 9-5”. In our cheery, excited holiday spirit, we drove from west Eugene on a Sunday afternoon to find our perfect tree. The gate was open, so we went in and parked. We were met with an unfriendly, unwelcoming person who stated they were closed. (No hello, no nothing). I explained that I called & recording states they are “open everyday”. She said “the gate is closed” (which it was not). I again stated that I called and the recording said they were open, that we came all the way from west Eugene. She just said “sorry” and walked away. I don’t understand businesses that are not friendly, and are not accountable to the communication with their customers. Obviously they are not in the business to satisfy customers. I cannot recommend this place at all.

Excellent time with the Ladies for our backyard renovation! Then came Karen!! Did you ever notice there's always one everywhere you go.This was a beta named Jim( or something) poor customer service and obviously unappreciative of our business! Wont be back!!!
