Wonderful! Our experience with Ambassador Fireplaces has been great. Today we woke up to the fireplace not working. It was a cold night and we tried to get it back on but couldn't... things happen but we were frustrated. One call to Ambassador and they were on it. Even though they were very busy and fully booked for the day they helped us get the fireplace back up and running. First they had a service technician call us and walk us through everything and when that didn't work the tech made time and came and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. They are all very polite and professional. This company has been a joy to work with. I highly recommend this company. Old school service is rare these days! Five stars!

We had Ambassador replace the gas logs at a house we bought with a gas insert. The owners and staff are knowledgeable, patient and careful of the details, from protecting our floors during service appointments to managing permitting and helping us track down a rebate. We highly recommend Ambassador to anyone looking for professionalism with a personal touch.

Matthew and his team did a wonderfull job for us. We removed an old woodburning fireplace and Matthew and his team installed a beautifull new gas insert and propane system to accomodate our new gas range and fireplace. They had some big challenges with our chosen mantel, and the stone facing we selected but got the job done in a very professional manner. We could not be happier with the work they did. I recomend them very highly.

Over the years we have had Ambassador install two wood stoves for us and each time we couldn't have been happier. The owner Matt has come out each time and helped us access our options. He is straight up on what he thinks and wasn't trying to over sell us. Really enjoyed the crew that performed the install - super nice and cleaned up after themselves. Sitting by my warm fire as I write this!
