Very friendly and helpful, the person I rented the truck from put wrong time thst I picked up (530am) so they were going to charge me extra...they do not open till 830am, I was there at 940am. So thank goodness she saw that mistake!!!!

I have to disagree with the other reviewers. This lady has been very obliging and willing to go the extra mile. She even answered the phone before office hours and conversed with me for several minutes. I have done business in the past with her, a super efficient lady. If there were 10 stars I would have given them to her!

The woman who runs D&B storage is quite rude and passive aggressive. She is never in a mood to facilitate a positive experience for customers, instead seems to be concerned about her own time. Ok storage lot.
