Fantastic lawyer! I had an issue about Alameda county procedure and Mr. Keiser was able to answer my questions and was very knowledgable.

Joe has been my trusted attorney for five years as I've navigated a very difficult situation. He is highly responsive and always provides reasoned counsel that leads to the best possible (and least costly) solution.

I met Joe on what, I thought, was the worst day of my life: Meeting with a divorce lawyer because my husband blindsided me with divorce papers. I didn’t know there would be worse days ahead, but for two and a half years, Joe figuratively and literally held my hand through all of it, and I cannot recommend him and his services enough. Joe was honest with me, walked me through the process, and was both professional and personable with me every step of the way. He cared about my circumstances enough (newly separated mother of one, trying to live on a daycare teacher’s salary) to help me save money on his own services by researching some things myself for trial, typing out some paperwork and statements myself, and even representing myself during the final settlement proceedings. Joe gave me the resources and confidence to stand up for myself in court, and it worked out well for me. If you’re lucky enough to be financially sound, Joe will be an amazing ally for you during such a painful time. If you’re struggling, but willing to work just as hard as Joe does, you’ll never find a better partner to help you through to the other side.
