I have been a resident over 4 years. I absolutely love it here. Kathy the manager has been such a great asset to this family at sienna bay. Past management hasn't had such a compassionate spirit, kind heart, willingness to listen. She has always played a part in getting repairs done. She goes above and beyond. Kathy has a way to make you feel at home. She greets you with a smile..her laughter, and welcoming spirit. Our maintenance man Felix is one of the most genuine person. He has always been right over when there is a problem. He is very neat and organized. Has a great personality. Brenda spraggins

The worst place to live. They enter your apartment without your permission. Even when you call the morning of and tell them no one is allowed in. Then when I called the office the manager told me she doesn’t know who has entered my home which company it was. So she handed the keys to a 3rd party company to my home and doesn’t even know which company. There’s no communication with the manager. Please check the reviews before looking at this place

Yaya was very helpful polite. She showed us one of the apartments as well as where the one that we are interested in leasing from you. She was able to provide answers to our questions about the property and gave us a quote on the lease agreement.
