I have lived here for a few years. Good place to live. Short walk to restaurants, movie theaters, water front, shops. Promt response to service/maintenance requests. Dog friendly. Short drive to the beach and Fort De Soto park.

Nice building, friendly staff, the only downside are the numerous charges (sewer, water, insurance, trash removal, and, yeah, "water administration fee") not included in the rent. The most annoying one being the $30 "valet" trash collection. It just feels wrong to be charged $360 a year for something you never use. PS It's also one of the many "I support the latest THING!" businesses in St. Pete. If you are into it, this place is for you. I just noticed blue & yellow "Support Ukraine" balloons at the door. I actually support peace, not arms shipments, but OK.

The building and staff are generally nice, but If I am going to pay this much in rent, I don't want to listen to students partying & screaming around the pool area all day. I doubt they all live here, I noticed two young women blocking the garage door when I was leaving this morning, probably to let their guests come in and park for free. Now I am back and the party is still going on, but the office is closed. Can't wait to move out, is it too much to expect that some sensible pool, guest, and parking rules be enforced? PS Well, weekend nights are the worst, when the office is closed. I've come to dread summer weekends. I try to go out as much as possible, but there are groups of young residents that like to treat the pool area as if it were their private backyard. All day party by the pool, going deep into the night, so you are bound to get some of it. Totally oblivious to the fact that their loud conversations and screaming are disrupting life in over 50 residences. How hard is it to put a big sign NO PARTIES, POOL AREA CLOSED after whatever time? And enforce it. I don't want to have to call St. Pete police, I live in an expensive upscale place, this should not be an issue, this is management's job.
