Unprofessional. The closest appointment I got was weeks ahead and then two days prior I received a message saying I better come to her private practice. I had booked for the jersey city office but then who cares. Best part was when they tried to convince me how I will get ‘special care’ if I choose to come to the private practice instead of going to health center. Classic!

I have been Dr kathawalas patient for some time.She is nice and gentle.I am happy with her treatment and outcomes. She truly educated me on oral hygiene and what not to do and what not to eat .She truly cared to help and now my gums do not bleed and my teeth do not hurt. I am thankful to god to have found a dentist who sincerely wanted to help.

My mother was scheduled for today’s appointment 10AM today , I checked in online and on arrival write her name on the sheet. The staff didn’t call her inside till 12 at Noon , in the meantime I approach on counter 2 times to tell them why they are not calling her inside. Finally when they call her inside , Doctor showed her anger why she didn’t sign up , i checked in online and sign the sheet and approach the counter 2 times and the doctor showed her anger and refuses the treatment. When mother left the doctor room without the treatment , Doctor stopped her and gave the treatment. This behaviour is not acceptable. We are the victim of being neglected by the staff and they make us culprit of being not reported. Although first visit of the doctor seems fine and she was kind.
