I signed my lease over a month ago and Ravae was super kind with me, she did a virtual tour for me on the spot since I'm out of state so I really appreciated that. I had questions over the next days that she happily replied to by text so I really enjoyed the team's responsiveness so it gave me confidence in Arte so I signed the lease with them. Unfortunately, this is where the good ends. I'm not sure if it's just a really weird timing issue but right after signing my lease, my questions weren't getting answered anymore. I had my welcome letter sent over 2 times because it didn't have the proper names/information on it. I still haven't got the right one sent over and I'm moving on July 30. I tried calling over 3 times, emailed 4-5 times and didn't hear a thing back. Last week, I heard that Ravae left the company so Brandon now is in charge. I've been asking him questions and was told that I would get answer to my questions soon but I didn't get anything this week so I sent messages again but nothing. I was initially told that it would be possible to install my internet before I get there, but now I'm questioning it since I'm just unable to get hold of anybody. It's just a bit unfortunate that one person leaving seems to be throwing all customer support away, especially as a new resident, moving out of state, I trusted Arte to give me the support that I need to make a successful out of state move and I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed. I'll try again to get in touch with the team and hopefully I can move in successfully but have I known all that would happen beforehand, I 100% would not have signed my lease with Arte.

Yes, we require all residents to have rental insurance with a minimum personal liability of $300,000. Residents are able to utilize their own renters insurance, or get a policy through our renter's insurance provider with plans starting at $18 per month
