I give 5 stars to Darius in the maintenance. He came to fix an outlet that was not working. It turned out to be a bigger issue than just the outlet and it took longer than he had expected to complete the job. He worked tirelessly and kept me informed every step of the way. He is extremely professional, hardworking, very friendly and I would like to thank him for his excellent service.

There is crime, mold, loads of trash, and bad bug problems (bed bugs, ants, roaches, flies). They state they have a bug company but they only come twice a week and it comes out of your pocket. Maintenance is non existent, and no one can agree on who's job it is to manage the overwhelming piles of trash all over the place.
Reach out to an outside AC contractor, and send the invoice to your front office, they will have to knock it off your rent. Message me for a good recommendation...

It depends. As a wheelchair user this place is not accessible. The side walks are run over with plants and trees. Some with trash and odd objects. There are huge cracks in the sidewalks and the ramps are in odd places and there are none going into and out of the actual buildings. The apartments are all also fully carpeted so good luck pushing around in here! The door frames are also small going into the bathrooms and kitchen, and tight going into the bedrooms. They have perhaps one apartment that is designated as "accessible" but it is no where near acessability standards.
