Moving here was by far one of the worst mistakes I’ve ever made in my life. I have lived here less than a month. In that time my apartment has apparently fallen apart. The first week, the water heater broke and began flooding into the hallway, they came to “fix it” and then 2 days later it started again, it took 3 days for someone to come out, meanwhile the Nile River began forming in the hallway. My fridge has also been broken since my 4th day here. I was assured that I would have a replacement by Tuesday (3 days ago) and now when I call for any type of update they tell me I’ll have to wait until next week. Meanwhile, the over $300 in groceries I bought has gone bad. I cannot believe the blatant lack of respect and genuine negligence of this place. For almost $1,400 a month I expect at the very least the ability to have food not go bad. Trying to get ahold of the maintenance supervisor to get anything resolved is as easy as trying to talk to an imaginary friend. The front office almost never answers the phone and when they do they apparently never have an answer for anything. If I knew that living here would be like this I simply would have moved into a slum instead, I’d have the same results but for less money. I wish I saw the reviews before moving. But if you’re reading this and have yet to move here, I advise you not to. They think since the market is the way it is they can treat people like garbage. I have unfortunately been left with no choice but to seek legal representation because they may be the only way I can get any results, which is sad and disgusting.

They tow cars even if you have the permit. Management is garbage and blames the tenants for any thing that needs repair. My neighbor had a busted AC for almost a month, bugs and rats everywhere. You can find something better for what the rent they ask for.

It shares property with Bay Point Preserve condominiums (privately owned). Beautifully landscaped and has a large uniquely shaped heated pool, Jacuzzi, Car Care Station, dog parks, fitness center, and a lake with fountain. The apartments are spacious, have walk-in closets, full size washer and dryer in units, outdoor storage, and balconies. I lived in a privately owned condo and can't give an honest review about the apartments or management. I loved living there, but my neighbors had a lot of complaints about management. I can't say either way, they were always helpful to me, but I wasn't a renter...

To say I’m DONE with this place is an understatement. My roommate and I moved here about 3 months ago and it’s been a nightmare ever since; bugs, black mold, wrongfully charged fees, the works. The sad part is the apartment itself is spacious and we loved how much storage there was, new flooring all around, but wherever they stored our refrigerator during the Reno allowed countless roaches to call it home. Being as diligent as we are we cleaned the apartment before moving in upon cleaning the refrigerator roaches came parading our (I’ll save you torture of the photos and videos). Thank goodness we did not move any furniture in and we had alternate places to stay in the meantime but we could not move in for at least 3 days waiting for pest control and the problem to be dealt with (yes we got a new refrigerator and rightfully so!). Then we were promised a $150 concession for the days we could not move in, wonderful! Well no, then we were charged 3 late fees (wrongfully) that added to the amount of the concession. We keep getting told the reversal was taken care of but it still has not been and we’ve been paying full rent since we moved in. Julia who was an extreme help to us has since left and I’m happy she doesn’t have to deal with the bs of this place anymore but we’re stuck. Maintenance has also been great with whatever we need but we are just done. We’re in Florida bugs are going to happen but the rate at which we’ve been dealing with them is more than I am comfortable with. Being afraid to walk into your own apartment, open cabinets, or just take a shower due to the fear of a roach crawling your way is and awful feeling. I was excited to call this place home but what a nightmare it has become.
