Planning to move from Florida East to West coast, so far it is the best place that we have toured. My husband & I got the most professional and work ethics tour throught the facility. All smiles and warm welcome from staff, from the manager Mrs Duffy to the management associates, make you feel welcome and like you are getting to your future dream residence. Thank u

From the moment I visited the grounds I was astonished on the level of professionalism and knowledgeable offered by the staff. Especially Iveth Duffie her charismatic attitude and knowledge was incredible. She was able to answer all my question with ease. Employees like her really make a company stand out. I would recommend anyone to include military service members that are PCSing to McDill AFB.

Adding to this review: This place has gotten worse. The car gates never work, the doors leading into the buildings hardly work. There have been many package thefts, car brake-ins, stolen bikes, random homeless people in an out of the buildings. They need to provide permanent security and they do not. Let me start by saying I really want to love this place. I have had good experience with the people in the leasing office. I also really love my apartment. However, I have had an ongoing issue, since June. There has been an alarm going off in my building on and off. Sometimes it goes off for hours with the past weekend it going off non-stop for over 36 hours (this is not the first time that it has gone of this long.) The alarm is located directly on my bedroom wall and can be heard throughout my entire apartment. There has yet to be a found solution. There has been no communication from the Property Manager, Janice, even though I have emailed her numerous times. Good luck calling the office, as no one ever answers the phone. They also lock their office doors and have sign posted appointment only, which I can understand. But how does one make an appointment if no one answers calls or emails? Edit to add: I finally heard back from Janice but unfortunately this issue is still occurring. Side note: I have had excellent service with both Darrells (leasing office and maintenance) but there is only so much they can do as the issue seems to involve an outside company. Hoping this issue can get resolved as it is hindering my right to quiet enjoyment.

Initially when I moved in, I was afraid that I had made a mistake and it seemed like I had. I had no intention of renewing my lease and was moving as soon as I could. The change in ownership (and management) has been a breathe of fresh air. We are seeing things getting done, the office answers the phone and returns calls, the manager wants to make sure the tenants are happy in their homes and with the community, the assistant manger is really awesome and Marybeth is so sweet! She will help you anyway she can! The maintenance team is able to order parts and take care of issues. The cleaning schedule for my building could be more frequent but I don't have too many complaints. Overall, you can really feel the difference and they are working so hard to change the attitudes and perceptions of everyone.
