My car was in the shop for over a week and Enterprise in St. Petersburg provided my rental car. They were practicing social distancing at check-in, so Joe May came out to greet me and get me set with my rental. When I picked up my car from the shop 10 days later, I was able to leave the rental there and Enterprise picked it up. Not issues with the car and great customer service!

I like Enterprise's rates compared to other car rental companies. I have been renting from Enterprise for years but had not been to this location. I will however, definitely be returning to this location for rental services in the future. Upon picking up and dropping off our rental, Joe assisted us with our rental for a weekend trip. In both instances the process was fast, friendly and professional. Overall the whole staff was friendly and a positive experience.

Great service very personable. What they don't tell you is that their insurance (22.90 a day) is mandatory if you don't have collision on your own insurance. BUT since we didn't it was mandatory he upgraded our car :)

Yeah they should have later hours or somehow be able to scan your phone like UHAUL does. That's frustrating!

I haven't yet, I don't know about the Joshua comment I've lived here my entire 37 yrs on earth and it's not a bad area I mean it's Florida the melting pot of retirement and tourists from around the globe so u get some rude or grumpy people but it's not dangerous, and it's in the poorer neighborhood but the gas station across the street has a real Cuban making Cuban sandwiches so u get culture, I do know however they are not the best priced and I've gotten a few rentals from them and service sucks they're rude and they know it, the employees do not care about the company standards because I rent cars all around the world and most of the other enterprise show clients respect, and are fast to help get the client on the road as soon as possible in a clean car, and usually the car u order or better but, the one I rented from them was a very crappy car that didn't even have automated car locks I didn't even know they still made cars that were manual the better one is the north side of town
