The rooftop bar is a great place to watch the sunset. The staff was amazingly kind and attentive. The rooms were unique and very comfortable. Bono fer sure!

I booked a last minute room for an anniversary get away. I did not find it hard to locate and only had to do one turn around to go into the entrance drive. The staff was wonderful and eager to help the minute we arrived. Valet made us feel like royalty brining our luggage to the room and found complimentary champagne cold and waiting for us. Went and walked around town and had a wonderful dinner. The roof top bar was great with tasty drinks and super friendly staff. Check out was a breeze and we were once again treated like royalty! We definitely will be back!! Thank you to the entire staff for an amazing time!

Christopher and Cedric, the bell men, excellent! Knowledgeable about the area, great customer service and a true ambassadors of southern hospitality! Jessica at the front desk, just as exceptional with great customer service. All went above and beyond. I’m sad to say I do not remember the names of the two young men who were at valet, but they were amazing as well! They helped us during the storms (yes drudging across the flooded street to get items we needed carelessly left in the car) multiple stays. We had some minor problems with the rooms equipment (phone, tub, WiFi and such) but the staff at this hotel has us coming back time and again! I highly recommend this hotel based on customer service, decor, and hospitality! We will only stay here during our multiple trips each year to Savannah! Every single person on staff works very hard to make the stay comfortable!
