The maintenance group has a prompt response to all the issues I reported. The location is great with a lot of beautiful green areas ideal for families and the school zoning to great public schools

I am extremely happy with my experience at IMT Cool Springs so far! The staff has been so nice, helpful and prompt with anything we needed! I’ve never lived anywhere where maintenance calls are handled so effectively and efficiently, shout out to them for all their hard work! Also big shout out to Ricky Spencer, he was our leasing agent and helped us move from NY (which is not an easy process, not being able to tour in person and look at the grounds prior), and made it so stress free, we pulled in and we felt right at home, thanks to him! Highly highly highly recommend!!

They do have many units with attached garages. You can find pricing and availability on their website. They also have detached garages....some of which are connected to breezeways so you could still have access without having to walk out into the rain! Hope this helps!

Yes there is a play area and the middle schoolers and elementary kids have their own little circle of friends who play , swim, skate , bike together. I have also seen kids playing basketball and tennis
All the schools in Williamson County School district have excellent ratings and most of them are Blue Ribbon Schools.
