Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Recently went in for a haircut. The manager Jennifer, was one of the most discourteous, rude and disrespectful staff I have come across in the past several years. It is absolutely shocking that she is the manager of this location. The store was completely empty, she did not say hello or greet me when I walked in. She did not smile as I asked her how her day was going. And she angrily stated that they didn’t have an appointment until 10 o’clock. When I questioned if I could wait, she rolled her eyes and simply said yeah I guess. Her general demeanor was angry, Kurt, and gave me no desire to stay and get a haircut from anyone working at the store. I expressed to her that I will be leaving a message with Fantastic Sams district manager. I would highly avoid you staying away from this place due to management. It’s a shame, because there are some very nice young hairstylist here who do good work, but this is overshadowed by the demeanor of the store.

Kristie at Fantastic Sams at Berry Farms is fantastic. I consistently get a terrific haircut. I had had several bad experiences at other hair salons. When I first went to Kristie I described what I wanted and she listened and laid out a plan. I have never been disappointed.
