Great spot with a good outdoor pool and easy access to the lake. Pools hours are a bit odd (not open until 11am) but the lake is there anyhow. Our site (premium) wasn't level, so be prepared for that.

The resort is ok, the Lake is really nice. The camping is something else. I am so happy we opted for the state park instead, and not the lower area, but the upper area. These places both pack in the campers super tight. Had we been in the resort or the lower camping area at the state park, I would have been really bummed. But the swimming at the lake was totally worth it. So much shoreline access that you can drive until you find a good spot. Then an ice cream at the resort and a game of mediocre put put if the sun isn't too hot. There is about 4sq ft of shade on the entire course. Either way, kids love it, so you gotta do it.

Difficult to get reservations for families with lots of kids. The fees for extra persons exceeds the cost of getting a second or third site, even if you all comfortably sleep in one tent. Used to be a great place to camp. I’m assuming a few bad campers ruined it for everyone.

We come by here every single year! It is a great place to stay in the summer, but can be expensive. Make sure to either stock up before you go or have a car to get supplies because the shop can be really expensive! Their pool is quite nice, and the lake is a great place to fish (if you have your license). The weather can either be very hot and dry (during the day) or very, very windy and a little chilly. Make sure to bring something to secure stuff during the night. Finally, please pick up some fridge from the gift shop! It's quite delectable!

Yes, however wind can be strong and I have had thick fiberglass tent poles snapped in my past stay, so now I stay in the cabins.
Check in 4p Check out 11a We arrived early one year, maybe around 3p and they let us check in.
There are no dishes in any of the cabins. You need to bring in your own cooking utensils and dishes.
I was there last weekend pretty smokey

You may! I don't know if they trails for those. Bring you boat though!
Spring through summer. Course is only 9 holes but has a beautiful landscape is well maintained. Rental clubs and carts are very reasonably priced.
Most definitely there is. It's such s full service camp ground that theres a corner store on-site, a dump station, boat rentals (seasonal?), nick knack craft store, showers, golf course next door. If you go there, be sure to visit the state park next door and drive all the way back to check out the scenery by the lake in the back of the park. Also, if you have a 4x4, take the turn just before the dam and drive back on the rocky, sage brush road beneath the dam (kinda fun when you get bored at your campsite. I love this place!
Yes you can!
Yepper. My mom paid $185. 2 row boats for 3 days.
Please do not make the confusion. State park is different and on the other part of the lake ;)
The WiFi is very weak. Especially when there are a lot of people at the resort.
