Stayed here a couple years ago, loved it, has a kitchenette and is right next door to a grocery store and 5 minutes drive from Sun Lakes park. Will be coming back soon.

The owners was amazing. We rented 5 rooms and had a mini reunion. They was like family. The rooms was very clean and stocked nicely. We are hoping to stay there again this year.

Horrible...here is why: 1-windows don't open. There was a nice breeze out but I had to run ac all night cause windows are sealed shut with no screen. Ac gives me a sore throat and is noisy. 2- no curtains only blinds...it was bright as day in the room. Kept waking me up all night 3- they charge way too much 4- sheets on bed were creepy..dark grey...that might be pretty in your own home (cause you know you washed your sheet properly) in a motel it is just creepy 5- there was no cup for the coffee 6- water in sink took forever to barely get lukewarm...can't wash your hands and face very quick Positive: it was cute and shower was ok pressure.
