When I scheduled the appointment They stated that I needed to buy a part which I did and that it would be fixed that same day of my appointment.I get there and I'm told that they can't fix it that day and that it would be 5 days that my car would be there I explained I couldn't do that I have to work I was told by the front desk that scheduled the appointment it would be fixed same day. so I spoke to the service manager and and he was able to accommodate me he was amazing and has great customer etiquette. The people who make the appointments need to be more aware when Scheduling appointments, That they don't give miss information.

When I was there for service a couple weeks ago, every employee I saw had a face covering of some kind. The chairs in the waiting area were well separated,about half as many as normal.

Hi Steve, no appointments are necessary for oil changes. Our schedule for oil changes are Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
