Was a customer for 6 years. Last month I spent around $500 within 3 orders. Prices seemed okay. Went in last week to order same bundle and the price went up $20. When I addressed the issue, the manager or co-owner or whomever he is just blew me off and said all the boxes previously purchased were a mistake and blamed it on a new hire. He just blew me off and was a jerk. I found a new place that offers the same for much less. bestpriceboxes.com Even Uline with shipping is less than what Peli Inc. gouged me for. Its too bad as this guy has never seemed to enjoy what he does. Maybe he should find another line of work as customer service is certainly not his forte.
