I did not want to give a star ! It's so so so dark, no street lights at night* it's a maze of construction you can't park any were ?!?! Waste of time and effort at least paint the road to go and park not just to the middle of the building and have no we're to go I fell so sorry for us π

Medical records staff are rude. I requested medical records, and I even paid for my records. I received a Cd with no instructions, nothing, and when I put the Cd on my pc, it asked me for a password. I called medical records to see if they had the password, and the girl responded no. That I should have it, and there is nothing else for them to do. No additional information was provided to me about what I should do next to be able to get my records nothing. The girl just told me no and hung up the phone like, really, there are no more options or suggestions? So I contacted my bank so they can refund my money and collect the money from Unm medical records dept.

Subway Sandwich shop, yes, near main entrance, open 24-7
Because so many people use it like an urgent care, instead of going to an urgent care, or using to get something that they should go to their regular doctor for, or even going to urgent care for that instead of the er. If people would use the emergency room for actual emergencies, the wait time to be seen would be a lot faster.
Unfortunately charting is done via handheld devices which look like cell phones and computers.
On the plaza, at the parking garage and probably at the drop off to the ER main entrance
If I get lost I just ask an employee where something is and they usually walk me to my location. Very helpful staff.
Not sure, but they have created several "pop up" units, and this sounds like one of the rooms on such a unit
Call a malpractice lawyer.
You have to call or go to the hospital sorry you can't find your love one
The Emergency Room is open 24 Hr's, 7 Days.

You meaning what's the youngest a kid can go on the adult side to visit them? Think it's 13 or 14 if that's what you're meaning/asking.
Call and ask for the medical records department. Or look up their number online.
The nurses definitely do. The nurses also steal from sedated patients. A nurse named Tori stole from me constantly.
You can get room info. You can call admissions and they can help.
Not sure. You might call the labor and delivery department.
Probably not, UNM Hospitals does not treat patients with dignity and respect and even of so, I doubt it would be free. Best of luck
Yes they do
I'm sure they could provide either a psychological or neurological assessment. Just find the clinic you are interested in.
They do. I work there. We just started accepting from my understanding
This hospital is able to treat. Basically anything that is going wrong with the human body. Brain surgery on me once. Leg surgery and able to help maintain issues for years.
The public parking structure if the patient needs help wheelchairs are available for the them at the information desk
Oh my good question
B right back
Subway
It depends on what side of the hospital. Adult or women and children. The adult side has medical clinics, neurology, oncology, and medicine inpatient units.
They can help. You find one. Along with getting you transportation home. If one is not provided .
The place is huge. We usually stop at front info desk, very helpful.
24hrs, but the wait time varies. Usually the wait time is 6 hours+, Iβm not kidding. I wish theyβd get their act together like Lovelace.
On the fifth floor
Maybe it's best to go the area of the hospital that you last remember having your I.D. and ask staff to help you. Talking face to face can be more effective than a phone call.
Literally no one cares if you have a warrant.
Keep calling is
10 a.m. To 8 p.m. For most units
