If I can give this place zero Stars I had a 5:30 a.m. pickup I called at 5:40 I said what's going on with my ride I need the ETA she says any minute okay I wait byed an hour she told me any minute about four different times and then when I said what is going on she tells me she's still not answering her phone so she never even talked to the cab driver terrible business this is the 🥈 time I use them they did the same thing 3 years ago when I lived on Wall Street they just wouldn't come I got nothing I'm tired of people asking me for stuff so an employment agency right over there get you a job

Driver was talking on phone blocking traffic by going 15 mph under speed limit. Then tried to run me off the road on the George F Highway in Endwell.

The driver was very nice and got me where I needed to be on time
I'm not really sure I understand the question but I use A&D transportation services, through my medical insurance which requires three day notice unless it's an emergency ride then it would be same day service. As far as I know the above to be true thank you for your question
Our Driver are supposed to call u the night before to confirm ur appointment and time we gave for pickup
