I'm giving 2 stars because our family of 4 had a great exam experience. The virtual doctor was amazing with our handicapped son! I think he can see better now than he's ever been able to. Otherwise, the staff at this location are borderline rude. They have no patience and seem "put out" to help you. When we received our new glasses, Brooke took time with our son to assure a proper fit. Other staff (we didn't all have Brooke) handed us our glasses and said OK, how do they feel? Look good? Read this page, you should be blurry on the sides any issues come back and see us (2 were progressive lenses and 1 person is a brand new wearer). I chose to upgrade my lenses and went back. The girl I dealt with acted like she didn't want to upgrade my lenses and was very short with her responses. When my new glasses came in, I was handed them and said if there's a problem come back. Can you adjust my earpiece? So they quickly warmed and bent them and sent me on my way. Then the glasses were falling off my face. I chose to go to the Colonie location for a fitting, took my spouse for an adjustment also and had quite a different experience! If you're in need of adjustments, I do not recommend this location.

Terrible service. Never will go here again. Avoid at all costs!

This place is totally awesome! They did not hesitate to spend a lot of time and work really hard to repair my son's glasses after they were broken in a little accident at home. I highly recommend this place!

Horrible place. I called to get my lenses changed by using my insurance and Gabrielle answered the phone told me that it would take 2 weeks and i am better off buying new glasses rather than using my insurance. I asked her why would I buy new glasses when I already have glasses and just need the lenses exchanged. She put me on hold and hung up on me. VERY RUDE!!!!
