Are they from verizon? Or spectrum/time Warner? The spectrum office is located off the end of oneida street and river st service road. I believe the road name is corporate drive. It's basically right off the i88 exit 13. Hope that helps. Otherwise I know there is a verizon store out on south side, by bjs.
