Avoid this company at all costs. They convinced me to sign up for their appliance warranty program and promised the world. The very first appointment I booked was a no-show. After waiting on hold for an hour, I was told that they actually don’t even service the brand of appliance that I scheduled the call for! Mind you, this brand was written all over the 4 confirmation emails I received for the appointment. So after being stuck at the house during their “10am to 2pm” window and no one ever arriving, I called to cancel my warranty account. After well over ANOTHER hour, I finally got someone on the line and had my account cancelled. Now I’m hoping the refund goes through. But I doubt it. Inept. Dishonest. Awful awful experience with a terrible company. Never. Again.

First of all you had 3 (Yes 3) service techs there to fix our fridge freezer because the ice and cold water system would not operate. It would make ice but would not dispense it. The first Tech said "You need a new freezer door" We paid over $400 for the door to be ordered. Secondly, when the new door arrived a second tech came out and said that the door and the hinges would not match up, so, he ordered new hinges. Think that was about $49.00. When they came, they didn't work and the third tech that was to install the hinges said it was not the door, it was a faulty switch, but that didn't work either. so he left and said our 5 year old Freezer/ Fridge was out- dated and no parts were available to fix it. So now we still have a Freezer/Fridge that does not function and I have not been reimbursed for my $400.00 expenses. WAY TO GO SEARS!!!
