Working with Mona had to have the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. She displayed the best customer support is by far the kindest person I’ve met to date. I would encourage any potential new buyers to ask for Mona, hands down the greatest sales representative.

No haggle, numbers worked out, fair value for my trade.Tyler was very knowledgeable. John in finance went above and beyond.

Truly incompetent! Avoid it, there are many other more reputable places to bring your vehicle. Terrible service, unresponsive and apathetic staff. Your car will have more problems after you bring it in. My 2018 Pacifica has squeaky brakes (which their apparently deaf tenchicians can't hear) and my parking brake engages randomly after I brought it in to replace my brake pads. Wish I could share a video of my kids holding their ears when I brake.

Juan Carlos was an excellent employee/sells person and made everything super simple and easy. Great employees! Very happy with my new SUV!!

Yes, they will buy your car outright for about what you would get at Carmax. I went with Mark's Casa since we were also looking to purchase a new SUV.
