Have had nothing but great experiences here! The staff are extraordinarily kind and super attentive to all customer needs — worker Amanda was especially accommodating and knowledgeable. And the food is awesome. Thanks for being a place to come and get a great cup of soup and a kind smile from a wonderful staff!

Walked in and waited in front of register around 5 minutes before anyone came over. They saw me and ignored me, not even a “we will be right there!” Here is a picture of two customers waiting and neither of them have been approached yet. Also my baguette came out cold, I went back to ask for another and it was cold. When I told him he said “All of them will be like that.” I’ve never had a bad experience at a Panera. Never coming back to this location. Horrible experience.

Spent $56 here, ordered a full size salad, a bowl of tomato soup, two sandwiches and two drinks. To go. The cashier had no clue what she was doing and no one was helping her. The food was awful. They didn’t even give me the soup in the bag which I didn’t even realize until I got home and it was too late. I understand no staff. I get it. But this particular Panera location is in super sad shape. It was grimy, dirty, sticky and the staff was not friendly. And the $56 price tag kind of blew my mind.

This place needs Panera corporate to come and observe how BAD this franchise is giving its brand. The manager absolutely should be reprimanded or possibly even fired for negligence to its customers. It is chaos inside - empty, no one greeting you at the counter, will I even get my food, or coffee? I decided to just take a coffee cup after I paid because no one even came out after 5 minutes of waiting. On a Sunday - possibly one of the busiest days, all of their pastry shelves are empty! July 2021.
