Clean room with a side order of ants. We booked several days but left early. Didn’t have to pay those days. Very average hotel. Good location though.

Literally the worst hotel in Asheville. Booked through hotel.com. Went to check in and they added additional wages, management is rude with the worst attitude. Then refused to give us a refund. I would recommend living sleeping in the car before staying there

Consumer beware: Even though management had copies of 2 government issued picture ID's with my name clearly printed on them, they gave my cash deposit to someone else, were aggressive with me when I raised questions about their practices, and refused to assist me. I called the corporate number to file a complaint and motel management is avoiding their calls and questions, as well.
