There is nothing wrong with this hotel. Location is amazing, didn't use the car at all during our stay in Asheville. The room is clean. Even though we got a pet friendly room, there was no pet smell. The bed was really comfortable. The mattress is medium firmness. The air conditioner worked really well and was not loud! The shower had great pressure and was hot very quickly. Breakfast was better than expected with a waffle maker! Didn't use the pool but it looked clean and the area around it was nice. Great budget option.

We enjoyed our stay. This is not a new property but is well kept and CLEAN. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We walked to the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium so we did not have to find parking downtown. Would definitely stay again.

They had a great secretary who was very friendly and quick with customers. The elevator was like the one at the ritz with expensive granite on the walls. Very smooth and fast. The breakfast was the best fine dining experience I’ve ever had. The strawberry waffles tasted like Gordon Ramsey made them. Floor to ceiling windows were extravagant and made it worth every penny.

Price & location are competing factors with other hotels around the area. Location was great. The rooms are lack luster, you get what you pay for. The television had absolutely nothing to watch, not even a basic cable package. Cleaning staff was nice. Rooms were clean, and hot water was appreciated.
