Had a great overnight in Asheville at HI Blue Ridge Parkway. We arrived around noon and got a great recommendation for lunch from the front desk. While we were having lunch at the East Village Grill, the front desk called to let us know our room was ready, so we checked in early. The room was like old time HI with upgrades and it was spotless clean. We spent the afternoon on the Blue Ridge Parkway beginning with the Southern Highland Craft Guild, Folk Art Center, where they have lots of beautiful wood art, quilts and other pieces from guild member artists. Had dinner at the Wildfire Grill in the hotel. It was awesome. Very unusual to have such a nice dining experience in a hotel these days.

We stayed here overnight passing through. The parking lot was well lit and we asked for our room to face the parking lot. The front desk staff was kind enough to accommodate us. The room was clean and included a coffee maker and fridge. It was quiet and in the morning we were able to take coffee for on the go. Note: not many restaurants to eat at nearby. Lastly, it also has a nice trail you can walk your pet in. (Pet friendly hotel).

This hotel is such a wonderful place, my family and I have stayed here twice already , the great service from there wonderful team does not fail. The management is spectacular, we had an issue with booking.com and Thomas was able to resolve the issue in no time. The team they have is like no other, rooms are cozy clean just marvelous, the waitress who had attended us named Luisa was the biggest sweetheart, accommodating welcoming with such an amazing personality, she took great care of us made my daughter feel special and was just exceptional towards my in-laws, not to mention the food is great. I will definitely be arriving again soon, this place is my go to place when visiting Asheville. I want to give a special thanks to each and every individual who work at this facility, you all do such a phenomenal job.

Excellent team of people at this location. Treated very well and everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous. Room was clean, comfortable and very close to Asheville. Lots to do in that area. The Dog park was very nice and we used it daily to walk and exercise our dog during our stay. The food here is very delicious and the breakfast was amazing! Many thanks to the team here as everyone we met and interacted with was very friendly and we didn't have any issues with the facilities or anything. Many thanks for making our wedding anniversary very memorable and special.
