Wow! What a wonderful experience, from my first night to my last. All of the staff was outstanding - everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Super impressed with how well they all enjoy working with one another! From the nightly wine and hors d'oeuvres (that were delicious) to the spa water always available, as well as the freshly baked goods, you will not go hungry. The breakfast in the dining room was always delicious and Megan was a real gem! My room was large and very comfortable. Updated but with many vintage touches also. I will be back again and again! Thank you, team!

Fantastic! If we could give the Princess Anne Hotel 10 Stars we would. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to try. The hotel itself is beautifully kept. It retains its history charm and is tastefully decorated. It was built in 1924 and so some of the floorboard’s creak but that is part of the charm of a historic building. Our suite was lovely, and it was very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk to downtown. Uber’s were easy to get and under $10. But we chose to walk most of the time as the weather was beautiful. The breakfast! This soon became our favorite part of the day! Chef Ness is a truly talented chef. The menu changed daily and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. In addition to that, everything is truly homemade! Make sure to try the squash relish. The happy hour in the afternoon was another highlight. The charcuterie boards were all delicious, and the wines were very good. It gave us a chance to meet some of the other guests and share stories of our adventures. Oh, I also had to mention the freshly baked cakes and cookies that are available 24/7. These were also delicious. We cannot thank the absolutely wonderful team at the Princess Anne hotel for their dedication to making sure we had a truly incredible vacation. We cannot wait to come back!

Our first time in Asheville for a quick getaway from Atlanta. The hotel is just beautiful! I loved the squeaky hardwood floors, the old doors and hardware along with updated kitchen and two TVs. The staff is wonderful and super helpful, like if you happen to drop your phone charging cord down the elevator shaft… it all worked out with their help! I can’t decide to talk about the baked goodies, the basil lemonade or the breakfast. It’s all so good. Lots of individually wrapped baked goods (hello vanilla pound cake!), the basil lemonade is so refreshing! The breakfast is amazing. Beautifully plated and cooked perfectly. Big portions too! Oh! And the robes. I’m seriously ordering one. It’s the best robe I’ve ever worn. Our two night stay at the hotel was so surprisingly great, don’t overlook it! We will definitely return soon.
