Terrific staff, friendly and accommodating. The views from the rooftop bar are great. Take the downtown location with a grain of salt, it's a 15 minute walk. Otherwise an inexpensive and comfortable place to stay.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed with this hotel. For the positives: the breakfast is wonderful (although there is no continental option). The staff is beyond friendly. The gym is huge and clean. The lobby is elegantly appointed. For the negatives: they charge $10/day for parking and the pool is cold and dirty. The rooms are drab and oddly lacking, and the linens were less than comfortable. It was, however, quiet and the bathroom/shower was clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar is a must-see!

Christie at the front desk was sooo sweet and courteous! All of their staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and spacious! Plus shuttle service until 10pm, breakfast was delicious, and the view at the Pillar bar on the rooftop had great vibes! Highly recommend!

Yes, even with the room key there is a $8 nightly charge for parking.
If you have Hilton gold status, yes, there are free options for breakfast.
There are at least a dozen breweries within a half mile, absolutely walkable to downtown and south slope brewing district. The real question is whether or not YOU will be able to walk on the way home!
Thanks for the questions Brian. We do have a parking deck adjacent to hotel that is gated. You could easily park on the lower level and come in the bottom entrance. You may also chose to park on the upper level and we can assign you a room that overlooks parking deck so you can peek on your bike anytime you like.
