My husband and I came to Asheville for a concert. We have been to Asheville many times but this is the first staying at this hotel. . Everything was wonderful, from the friendly faces that greeted us to the comfy rooms. What really heightened our experience was an employee there named Martin. He was absolutely amazing, a real gem. After the concert we made our way to the hotels roof top lounge . Martin came to check on us while we were up there. He thanked us for coming, made sure we had waters, and asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay better. It was much appreciated!!!

We took our two dogs to Asheville, NC for the weekend to celebrate my daughter's bday. Everyone was so very accommodating, very welcoming of us and our dogs. No much grass to walk the dogs, but just behind the hotel was a church with grassy areas to walk. Hotel was clean and well organized. Staff was exceptional!

The hotel staff were very nice and no issues with service. The only concern is for the amount of money you pay to stay here, the walls are super thin. We heard every door close as people entered (or left) their rooms late in the night. And while we’re absolutely dog lovers, there are many here and you can hear them barking through the walls. Also, the rooms are tiny with very little space to put anything including literally nowhere to put anything in the shower. Again, service was good though! Not a bad place if noise isn’t an issue for you.

I always enjoy staying a the Aloft in Asheville. Great location and I love the dog adoption spot they showcase in the lobby/bar area. A fairly enjoyable bar area especially on the weekends. Cool interior design. The only thing holding back from 5 stars is that the rooms aren't overly large, but that's not a huge deal for me since we don't spend much time in our room when we visit Asheville.
