Someone I know booked an appointment for 2pm, and drove 90 minutes to the facility, only to be told (very rudely) that the doctor cannot see her because she wasn't 30 minutes early, even though she was there by 1:40pm. They've also been dodging her questions about pricing. Something felt off ever since the first interaction.

The ladies at the front desk are great. Very accomodating. I see Rebecca and Steve for back pain. They are both wonderful, attentive, kind, and caring. Edit: good for awhile until they tell you that they didn’t prescribe what you’re taking and you thank God your ( Fisherville Pharmacy) wonderful pharmacy keeps great records so you can “in your face” show them they have no idea how wrong it is thinking they can basically accuse patients of writing their own scripts or buying them. Don’t go here. They are not interested in why you’re in pain, most interested in the money they generate from having patients go back monthly to pay a co-pay to give them the “flavor of the month” pill. Shocking.

Steve Tescano is the best in his business. Most importantly he he trys to work in the crazy bounds the ridiculous government has placed on all chronic pain patients. While still trying to make you able to live & deal with all the side effects we have with chronic pain. Not to mention his has worked with several orthopedic surgeons & specialists. Not as nurse but hands on while people are being operated on. This alone gives him huge hands on experience on what our bodies are going through weather the surgery was successful or not. However the absolute best he never EVER says that's not in my field. As a patient with several different things going on he does the research to help me make informed decisions. Honestly at one time in my life he was literally acting as my primary physician because no one would speak to the other specialists. My husband is a patient also. 2 years ago he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. By our next visit Steve was able to tell us how this could affect his current situation. As well as stay up on the most current research. You just cant find a better person & even a better provider. He is by far the most compassionate person in medicine to date. I drive from Virginia to remain his patient with my husband, brother. Because of Virginia my youngest brother @ 40 was such a mess. They messed him up so bad he needs a knee replacement. As you can see I feel strongly about Steve & his way of treating every patient as they are the most important as well as the respect we chronic pain patients are desperate for.
