Receptionists are very rude. I told them I was profoundly dead and they refused to write down what they were saying, refused to speak up, and basically refused to to communicate. Went to see the dermatologist who was rude and unprofessional. First he was 25 minutes late for my appointment. He talked way too fast and did not want to slow down so I could hear him and understand what he was saying. instead he chose to speak to the other person in the room. I didn’t get to ask all my questions because he was in such a hurry and didn’t care I guess. I left feeling dehumanized and unsure. Ythe worst service I’ve ever had

if I could give zero stars I would. billing department bills the wrong copay time and time again even with the right insurance on file. they don't refund to the card after reiterating multiple times I need them to, they instead try to put a balance on the account. somehow charged me $50 for no reason when I had no appointment no nothing. impossible to communicate with, billing people are rude, desk people are rude, doctors are rude and late and useless. genuinely cannot think of a single reason to go here.

Without getting into details. This place has gone down hill tremendously. I use to praise this place but now I'm disgusted. Complete incompetence. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Doctors don't really care and don't listen to what patients have to say. I have been talked down to and made to feel like I was wasting their time on many occasions by multiple different doctors. The billing department also can't seem to bill anything correctly, so I am on the hook for charges that should have been at least partially covered by insurance. $400+ for a 10-minute appointment where all the doctor did was tell me I was overreacting and it was ridiculous that I even made the appointment (turns out my concern was actually valid). I have to pay the full amount because billing decided to bill it as a follow-up, even though it was a new appointment for a specific symptom, and refused to change it.

I have been here at 8am. So definitely by then. But I think the lab is open before that.
Call your provider that will be performing your surgery and they explain the steps to take.
