Came to Asheville for a concert and stayed here. Spacious clean room in a convenient location. Wonderful breakfast choices included waffle maker. Dog friendly. Friendly staff. The AC was a little loud when it kicked on but thankfully we had a noise machine. On site free parking.

The staff is super nice and accommodating. I gave the location four stars because it is dated. The interior could use a facelift compared to other Residence Inns. Great location - super close to the Biltmore and down town.

Positive: The front desk staff were all very helpful with any questions that I had. The breakfast was generous. The location is excellent. Parking is easy. Negative: Dirty hot tub & pool, lights need replacing, lack of attention to food safety at breakfast by 2 staff members. I recommend this hotel if these changes are made.

This Hotel is good value for short stay visits to the area. Good value if you are not in the hotel for the majority of your time and primarily interested in a place to sleep. However, there is much to be improved upon. The guest rooms are musty. The rooms need renovation as they are dark and dated. The carpet in our room, in particular, was not vacuumed recently. The in-room iron had melted material on it and needed replaced (which the staff attended to immediately). The complimentary breakfast was high value for the room price. The staff are very pleasant. Just update the place!
