Great staff, venue and value... would consider two changes, 1) more consistent hours, i.e. stay open to at least 7:30 pm Monday thru Saturday 2) increase the size of the workout room and replace the multifunctional weight equipment with single use equipment - multifunctional equipment is extremely uncomfortable, confusing and time-consuming.

I entered there September contest for planks. The form actually says planks. On the 1st day on September I asked how did the contest work and a man at the front desk which should be on camera jumped down and showed me different ways to do several planks. He said just do your planks and keep your time your able to last and place on form.I think I lasted 5 maybe 10 minutes to start. I contined to try and got to 27 minutes at the end of the month. So I thought I won by a landslide. My time was over looked , I wasn't called and asked to explain my time or nothing. When I questioned why I didn't win no one knew nothing only that 7 minutes was the winner. I said how's that I had 27 minutes. It was explained to me I was informed wrong about the contest and all my hard work we'll to bad because they had already given their prize out! I thought this was highly unprofessional and unfair practice. The rules should be written out so people can follow them since your staff doesnt understand them. I worked real hard to win that prize and it was a major let down. I called the director and he encouraged me to join in their new October contest. Well theirs no explanation to how the time is supposed to be logged. I don't Want another let down. I figured due to the circumstances this director if he truly cared would have came up with a prize for me. I was the only person on that log 4 times or even trying to win. I am gonna tell everyone I know what happened and how I was treated like I was crazy for saying anything to begin with. Maybe the director needs to review that spread sheet for September and see how my time was over looked 4 different times. I believe an apology is in order also.
