Everything about our stay was WONDERFUL, from the room, staff and just the overall experience!! The breakfast in the morning was an absolute plus and the food was great!! Kitchen staff always made sure things were filled and entire eating and food area was clean. We would DEFINITELY recommend staying here if you are visiting the Biltmore area!!

Just perfect! After a week of driving and staying at various hotels, we decided to spend a few nights and go hiking in Asheville. I was so happy that we chose this hotel. We booked the executive king. It was so spacious. I love the layout of the room and the modern earth tone colors. We all had room to lounge and relax. It is set up more like an efficiency apartment with a sofabed. The room was exceptionally clean and sanitized, carpets were plush, the shower was invigorating. Of course, the bed and linen made for a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare, but it was plentiful and refreshed. The room attendant was consistently kept the tables clean. Thank you for such a pleasing stay. We will definitely be back.

My Wife and I stayed here for a weekend. We got in late but check-in was a breeze. There was plenty of additional parking behind the building and easy access into the building from there. There is a nice indoor pool area available for use. Included AYCE hot breakfast is available with Chobani yogurts free to grab. There is also a little store area for snacks and drinks. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. There were no issues except the shower handle was really hard to turn on and off. Maybe it was just our room but even I had to put a little more effort than usual. I think the only thing missing here is an EV charger, but I think it’s an amenity missing at all of the hotels in this area. I think what made this trip even better was the friendly desk staff that are very welcoming upon arrival and during the entire stay.

This Biltmore location is absolutely amazing!! 1 minute to Biltmore gates. Walking through the front door is outstandingly well decorated. Check in was very friendly and speedy. Double bed suite was perfect size for 5 and so clean! The wet bar is a nice added touch and everything was tip top cleaned and noting was run down. Breakfast was very filling as the lady doing the food delt with the big crowds and let nothing go empty. Food was hot and eggs were very bland but they arnt fresh but still lots of cereals, fruit, pastries, oatmeal, waffles and sausage. Pool was excellent as it was cold outside but pool was still warm. The gym was superb with more than enough stations and very big space and clean. The snacks at the shop were good as they have icecream and adult drinks as well. Beds were not very comfortable but they did the job. Can't wait to go back!!
