I saw someone return food from their table because they got the wrong sandwich. The clerk took it and gave it to the next customer because it was supposed to be theirs. You're really serving food here too a customer that another customer has touched? Gross.

There should be a zero option. Because I hate giving this one star. I ordered the chicken ranch sandwich. Told it would take 5 min because it cooked to order. It did take that long. Because they slapped two chicken strips that where hard as rock and cold. On a sandwich with the nastiest looking cheese. The sandwich was totally unacceptable. They lied and ripped me off. I threw it in the trash... MY DOG WOULD NOT EVEN EAT IT!!!! THAT'S HOW NASTY AND DISGUSTING IT WAS. The manger should be fired along with the jackass that made it. I'll never give this place another try. I'll be calling corporate tomorrow.... Don't waste your time nor money... They don't care at all...

The first salad I got was old and the lettuce was red instead of green. I asked them for a fresh one (being pregnant it wasn't appetizing looking at it). They happily took it back and made me a fresh one with some extra chicken on it. I was one happy Prego. And they even came out to see how the salad was and apologized to me. Definitely recommend just for the customer service!
